Carlo has extensive experience and proven track record in the planning, design and development delivery of iconic, large scale commercial and mixed-use projects in Central London.  He is a proven specialist in establishing value enhancement and design optimisation to maximise project value collaboratively with globally recognised consultant teams.  Prior to establishing Benigni he was Deputy Design Director at Brookfield Properties, UK where he led the design and development process, resulting in the establishment of a £2.5b and 2.5m sq. ft. portfolio of commercial and mixed-use assets in the City of London.  Before that he worked at SOM, London, a leading international architecture firm.  Carlo holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Engineering from University of Westminster, a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. He is a RIBA Chartered Architect, licensed in the UK (ARB) and Sweden (SAR/MSA), a LEED Accredited Professional® and a Freeman of the Worshipful Company of Chartered Architects in the City of London.
